Every day of every year, every week of every month, hundreds of people fall victim to a deadly virus called Cardio.
Back when I freshly got into the fitness industry, I didn’t know it then, but I had the virus too! I used to feel that cardio was the answer for every fitness problem. Whether one wanted to lose weight, stay healthy or improve stamina? Cardio was the answer!
It was a difficult time for me and I still don’t feel comfortable talking about those vulnerable moments without tearing up, but it’s high time now. I don’t want you or anyone else to go through the same thing again because that’s what guys who wear capes do. Save the human race.
I was spending hours running, jogging, walking at a faster pace on the toes and I also used this machine which made me look like I was running. It was horrible. I still have nightmares about it.
Only after getting certified and going deep into the annals of fitness research, did I find out that cardio is not the best/fastest way to lose fat or to stay fit.
Not only is the number of people affected by cardio on the rise, but they’re getting much, much worse:
On Valentine’s Day, they go out on a date with cardio.
Their friends want to kill them for giving random cardio advice.
Their favorite food is cardio.
Cardio is boring.
Cardio is time consuming.
Cardio is Satan.
Results from just cardio are subpar.
Even if someone does manage to lose weight doing cardio, they are more likely to end up skinny fat, which is farther away from the physique they are after.
Let’s face it, the world is filled with two types of people:
1. Those who hate cardio and
2. Those who tell themselves they like cardio.
But, it doesn’t have to be that way anymore!
After emerging from the annals of fitness “research”(I mean Cherry picking research articles from Google), I am proud to say that we at Beeryani Fitness have found the solution!

The Magic Pills To Eradicate Cardio!
What if I told you there was a solution? The solution that takes less time and also is 3 times more effective than cardio.
Yes, we did it and at Beeryani Fitness, we use them to help our clients achieve three times the fat loss in half the time!
There’s something like research and people wearing white jackets doing experiments and stuff too. I think.
OMG, what are they?
First magic pill – Enter HIIT:
HIIT, or high-intensity interval training, is a training technique in which you give all-out effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short intervals of rest or light activity like walking.
What do the guys wearing lab coats say about this?
“A study (PDF) from the University of New South Wales followed the fitness and body composition changes in 45 overweight women in a 15-week period. The women were divided into two groups and assigned interval or continuous cycling routines. The interval “sprint” cycling group performed twenty minutes of exercise, which repeated eight seconds of “all out” cycling and then twelve seconds of light exercise. The continuous group exercised for 40 minutes at a consistent rate. At the end of the study, the women in the interval group had lost three times the body fat as the women in the continuous exercise group.”
I don’t know about you guys, but if something gives three times the amount of fat loss in half the exercise time, I’d stop whatever I’m doing and do susu all over it and mark my territory. But I won’t, because you know, I wear the cape and stuff.
The second magic pill – Weight/Strength Training:
Weight Training is any physical activity that involves lifting weights.
What do the guys wearing lab coats have to say about this?
“Overweight subjects were assigned to three groups: diet-only, diet plus aerobics, diet plus aerobics plus weights. The diet group lost 14.6 pounds of fat in 12 weeks. The aerobic group lost only one more pound (15.6 pounds) than the diet group (training was three times a week starting at 30 minutes and progressing to 50 minutes over the 12 weeks).
The weight training group lost 21.1 pounds of fat (44% and 35% more than diet and aerobic only groups respectively). Basically, the addition of aerobic training didn’t result in any real world significant fat loss over dieting alone.
Thirty-six sessions of up to 50 minutes is a lot of work for one additional pound of fat loss. However, the addition of resistance training greatly accelerated fat loss results.” – Source
Thirty six sessions of cardio for a minimum of 30 minutes for one additional pound of fat loss.
I understand that Fitness seems hard with a lot of sacrifices and stepping into the gym is a little scary, so we at the gym try to make it as enjoyable and as much Fun as possible.
We’ve had people who couldn’t go to a normal gym continuously for a week tell us that they love working out over here and that they look forward to coming to our place.
It’s a beautiful thing to see people who have never been comfortable going to the gym, fall in love with fitness and becoming a different person.
Anybody can put you on a strict diet and transform your body, but not everyone can help you fall in love with fitness.
