Three Monkeys 😉
When I wanted to get into business, it wasn’t just for making money, but also to make the world a better place.
In my little experience, I’ve noticed that most businesses seem too scared to stand up for something because they’re afraid they may lose business.
There’s a high chance we may lose some business too, but I still want to risk it and stand for something we believe in and be a force for change.
Because at the end of the day, I know I will sleep better at night, knowing that we have created something a few people love than create something mediocre and have a lot of people kinda sorta like what we do.
The following are the commandments that we believe in, stand for and use as our guiding principles to ensure that we are on the right track.
Some of you will love them, while some others will not like them at all.
I believe life’s too short to waste time doing things you don’t love. If the commandments don’t interest/excite you, we won’t be a right fit for each other and you should look for a different place.
If, on the other hand, you love what we guys represent and stand for, I assure you, we’re going to become the bestest of friends and have a lifetime of memories at Beeryani Fitness.

I shouldn’t be doing business.
I do more mistakes than rights. I am naive, I have a natural talent to do stupid shit from time to time and I’m a lunatic. I feel like I’m cheating other people when someone asks me for a discount and I still have no idea how to partner with people and use my network wisely.
During the three years after college, I never had any money. I probably made less than 30,000 INR. Thrity freaking thousand, over three long years! I was fickle-minded, always dependent on other people. I could never do any kind of work for more than 4 weeks straight. I wasn’t even worthy of employment. By any logic, I had no right to start a business. Continue reading Why I Started Beeryani Fitness
Every day of every year, every week of every month, hundreds of people fall victim to a deadly virus called Cardio.
Back when I freshly got into the fitness industry, I didn’t know it then, but I had the virus too! I used to feel that cardio was the answer for every fitness problem. Whether one wanted to lose weight, stay healthy or improve stamina? Cardio was the answer!
It was a difficult time for me and I still don’t feel comfortable talking about those vulnerable moments without tearing up, but it’s high time now. I don’t want you or anyone else to go through the same thing again because that’s what guys who wear capes do. Save the human race.
I was spending hours running, jogging, walking at a faster pace on the toes and I also used this machine which made me look like I was running. It was horrible. I still have nightmares about it. Continue reading Eradicate the Cardio Virus and Lose Weight without Any cardio!
